One form, one recipient, nothing sold. Here is exactly what happens to what you type.
What I collect
Only what you type into the application form: your name, your email address, your phone number and Instagram handle if you choose to give them, and your answers about where you are starting from, what you have tried before, and why now.
That is the whole list from the form. There is no account to create and no newsletter you get added to. The only other thing the site does is count visits, described just below.
To keep out spam, the form also keeps a scrambled, one-way fingerprint of the network address a submission comes from — never the address itself, and nothing tied to your name. It exists only to stop one source from flooding the form, and nothing else uses it.
Why I collect it
So I can read your application, decide whether I am the right coach for you, and write back. That is the only reason any of it exists.
Who sees it
Me, and only me. Your application comes to me and stops there. I do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Nobody is buying this and I am not selling it.
How it reaches me and where it's kept
The form emails your answers to me through Resend, an email delivery service, and also saves them to a private database run by Supabase so I can keep track of who has applied. Both are reputable services that hold the data on my behalf. Only I can see it, and it is never used for anything but reviewing your application.
Deleting your information
Message me and ask. I will delete your application from both my email and the database, and confirm when it is done. You do not owe me a reason.
Counting visits
I use a privacy-friendly analytics tool, PostHog, to see how many people visit the site, roughly where they came from (for example Instagram or a search engine), and which pages they look at. It uses no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not know your name or anything you type into the form. It is counts only, it stays with me, and it is never sold.
Adults only
Coaching is for people 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not send an application.
